I’ve spent most of 12+ years working across different areas such as sales & operations (S&OP), warehousing, transportation, production scheduling, procurement, quality operations, organization design, KPI’s design + launch, change management, operations strategy, and digital maturity assessment.

Beyond project management and supply chain expertise, I personally enjoy coaching executives on “power & politics”, preparing for high stakes steerco, and assessing their talent pipeline in data driven manner!
